A woman was brutally tortured and humiliated by her family members in Ghulam Muhammad Manjha village in New Saeedabad.

The woman, Husna, was accused of helping a girl escape from home and facilitating her marriage against the family’s wishes. A group of ten relatives, including her uncle, cousins, and other family members, subjected Husna to severe physical abuse, shaving her head and eyebrows, and locking her in a room.

The local residents alerted police, who rescued the victim and shifted her to a hospital for medical treatment. According to the police, the incident occurred due to a dispute over the girl’s marriage. The family members accused Husna of helping the girl escape and facilitating her marriage.
