Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner made coordinated fashion statements at the 2025 Met Gala held on 5 May at New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art.
The siblings arrived in monochrome ensembles, aligning with this year’s theme, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” and the dress code “Tailored for You.”
Kim Kardashian wore a custom black leather two-piece by Chrome Hearts, distinguished by its crocodile-textured appearance. The outfit featured a bustier-style top paired with a floor-length skirt and was accessorised with a large silver necklace, a wide-brimmed leather hat, and Moussaieff jewellery.

Kendall Jenner collaborated with emerging British designer Torishéju Dumi for a look that paid tribute to Harlem Renaissance performer Gladys Bentley. Her dark grey structured blazer, featuring a peplum silhouette and a deep neckline, was paired with a long flowing skirt. The outfit used 100 feet of deadstock fabric and took over 240 hours to produce, emphasising minimalist tailoring over bold colours.

Kylie Jenner arrived with Ferragamo designer Maximilian Davis, donning a black and grey sheer bodice and opera gloves ensemble. Her outfit was completed with a dramatic black satin stole that extended across the carpet, reflecting the theme’s dandy influences.

This marks another high-profile appearance for the Kardashian-Jenner family, who have regularly attended the Met Gala since Kim’s debut in 2013. From Kim’s controversial Marilyn Monroe dress in 2022 to last year’s floral Maison Margiela gown, their presence continues to generate widespread attention.
Despite the sartorial risks, comfort remains secondary to visual impact for the sisters.
