Sources have reported a suspected attack on tourists in Pahalgam, Indian-occupied Kashmir, on Monday afternoon. Soon after the incident, Indian media outlets—particularly those linked with intelligence agencies like RAW—launched a propaganda campaign targeting Pakistan, according to informed sources.
Sources claimed that Indian media attempted to communalise the incident by portraying it as an attack specifically targeting non-Muslim tourists.
Allegations have also resurfaced that India orchestrates false flag operations—especially around the visits of foreign dignitaries—to divert international attention from the deteriorating security situation in occupied Kashmir.
According to sources, the timing of the alleged attack is “no coincidence,” as it comes during the visit of the US Vice President to India.
They further stated that the Modi government has a history of using such incidents to gain political mileage and deflect attention from domestic failures.
Sources also alleged that both the Indian government and military have failed to maintain control in occupied Kashmir due to their oppressive policies, and incidents like these are used as cover to distract from that failure.
